Local Preservation Celebration Set for May 14, 2015
In celebration of Landmarks Inc. 50th anniversary, Restoration Exchange is reviving Landmarks’ Preservation Awards program. Saving Places, A Preservation Celebration will honor outstanding residential and commercial restorations plus recognize the individuals and craftsmen who are making preservation happen in Omaha and the surrounding communities. Nomination forms will go out in February. Mark Maser, Karen Sundell and Kate Grabill are co-chairing the celebration May 14 at Kutak Rock and the Scottish Rite. Architect and REO Board member Joe Saniuk is heading the awards committee.
